PM inaugurates part of Moghbazar-Mouchak flyover

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has inaugurated a part of the 8.5km long Mouchak-Moghbazar flyover in Dhaka. She opened the 2.11-km part of the 8.7-km flyover to traffic through unveiling a plaque. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has inaugurated a part of the 8.5km long Mouchak-Moghbazar flyover in Dhaka.

She opened the 2.11-km part of the 8.7-km flyover to traffic through unveiling a plaque.

The Prime Minister inaugurated the section of flyover that stretched from Tejgaon industrial area to Holy Family Hospital in Eskaton.

The construction work of the project started on 2013 and was scheduled to be completed within December 2015.

Initially, the estimated cost of the project was Tk 772.70 crore but ECNEC later approved increased cost of Tk 446.20 crore, raising the overall project cost to Tk 1218.90 crore.
